Description This file contains a table for comparison of gene expression changes between human burn and mouse models of inflammatory diseases with various conditions used in Takao and Miyakawa "Genomic responses in mouse models greatly mimic human inflammatory diseases" PNAS 2014. There are multiple conditions in datasets of the mouse models, such as multiple time course and multiple strains. The time course of inflammations should differ between humans and mice. In order to have optimal animal models, we chose the datasets with the best overlap P value when an experiment contains multiple conditions in the PNAS paper.
